Penn Square Partners (PSP) is opening a new, upscale, full-service hotel, the Marriott Lancaster at Penn Square within the former Watt & Shand Building, as part of the revitalization of downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Penn Square Partners is the collaboration of two long-term corporate citizens working in private/public partnership with the Lancaster County Convention Center Authority, which is developing the convention center component of the facility.
